Print Settings
You can make print settings from Email Print for each printer.
About print results and paper source
Print results vary depending on your printer’s paper source, and the items set for Document printing and Photo printing.
You can check the printer’s paper type and paper size settings in Email Print - Print Settings. For more details, see Changing print settings.

Depending on your printer, document printing may be unavailable when Photo Paper Printing has been enabled.
Depending on your printer, results when printing borderless photos and when printing photos with borders may vary.

Changing print settings
You can use the Email Print - Print Settings screen to change the print settings.

Click Print Settings in Email Print from the printer menu on the left of the screen.

Change the print settings. Items that can be set vary depending on the printer.

Plain Paper Size
|
Displays plain paper sizes that are compatible with your printer.
|

Photo Printing
|
If Photo Printing is selected, the printer uses the photo settings to print images onto photo paper. Set this when printing on photo paper.

Photo Paper Size
|
Displays photo paper sizes that are compatible with your printer.
|

Print Sender’s Information
|
Print settings for printing the sender’s information.
|

Print Email Body
|
Print settings for printing the body of the email.
|

Print in Reverse Order
|
Prints the selected document from the last page.
