Editing the printer description

You can use the following procedure to edit comments and enter printer descriptions. This can be helpful if you are managing a lot of printers.

Click Edit Printer Description from the printer menu on the left of the screen.

Edit the contents of the Description.

Note:

You can enter up to 256 characters as the comment.

Click Apply.
