Scan Log
The Scan Log screen allows you to check the status of scan jobs on the printer or the scanner.
Note:
Up to 200 scan jobs can be displayed.
Click the Refresh button to update the screen. If you keep this screen open, update the screen before performing any operations.

You can check the following items on the Scan Log.

Description

Date Received
|
Displays the date and time that scanned data was received. The date is displayed according to the time zone selected when the printer or the scanner was registered.

Display Name
|
Displays the Address name on your printer or scanner panel.
|
Destination
|
Displays the destination email address to which scanned data will be sent via email. Displays service name and folder name to which scanned data sends to the online service. In Microsoft SharePoint Online, the site name is displayed between the service name and the folder name.

Status
|
Displays the status of the scan job.
|
Num of Pages
|
Displays the number of pages sent.
|

Error (Folder)
|
File transfer stopped because the folder specified in the online service cannot be found.
|
Error (Storage capacity)
|
File transfer stopped because there is not enough free space in the folder for the online service.
|
Error (File size)
|
File transfer stopped because the file is too big.
|
Error (Access Denied)
|
File transfer stopped because server authentication has expired.
|
Error (Communication Failed)
|
File transfer stopped because a connection to the online service could not be established.
|
Error (other)
|
File transfer stopped for other reasons.
|
Error (System Error)
|
File transfer stopped because a system error occurred.

Note:
If a data transmission error occurs, a notification is sent to the product's owner.
