Forgot Password
If you have forgotten the password for the User Page, follow the instructions below to reset the password.

Click Forgot Password on the sign in screen.

The Password Reset screen is displayed.

In Your email address, enter the email address that you entered on the User Page that was registered to the Epson Connect service.

Note:|
You cannot copy the email address and paste it in the box.

Enter your email address again in Your email address (again).
|
 |
Click OK. The Email Print system sends an email to your computer.

When the system has finished sending the email, the Password Sent screen is displayed.

Click OK.
|
 |
Open your email client, wait for the email to arrive, and then check the contents.

Click the URL link in the email to open the Password Replacement screen.

Note:|
If you cannot go to the page from the link in the email, enter the URL directly into your browser.

Enter the email address registered in the User Page in Your email address on the Password Replacement screen.
|
 |
Click OK. A temporary password is displayed on the screen.
|
 |
Make a note of the displayed password, and then click OK.
|

Enter the email address registered on the User Page in Username (your email address).
|
 |
Enter the temporary password in Password.

You cannot copy the password and paste it in the box.

After successfully signing in, go to the Change Password screen, and then change the temporary password to improve security.
