Fax Log

The Fax Log screen allows you to check the status of scan jobs on the printer or the scanner.
Note:
Up to 200 fax logs can be displayed.
Click the Refresh button to update the screen. If you keep this screen open, update the screen before performing any operations.
You can check the following items on the Fax Log.
Item
Description
Date Received
Displays the date and time that received fax data was received.
Display Name
This is the display name registered in the destination list.The same display name is displayed on your printer panel.
Destination
When the recipient is an email destination for fax received data, the email address is displayed. When the destination is an online service, the service name and folder name are displayed. In Microsoft SharePoint Online, the site name is displayed between the service name and the folder name.
Status
Displays the status of Fax to Cloud.
Type
Displays whether the report is Fax or Fax report.

Num of Pages
Displays the number of pages fax received and sent.

Completed
Data transmitted.
Sending
Transmitting data.
Error (Folder)
File transfer stopped because the folder specified in the online service cannot be found.
Error (Storage capacity)
File transfer stopped because there is not enough free space in the folder for the online service.
Error (File size)
File transfer stopped because the file is too big.
Error (Access Denied)
File transfer stopped because server authentication has expired.
Error (Communication Failed)
File transfer stopped because a connection to the online service could not be established.
Error (other)
File transfer stopped for other reasons.
Error (System Error)
File transfer stopped because a system error occurred.
